(Henry David Thoreau 1817-1862).

We pass by the shop hoardings of the Auckland suburbs every day, ignoring their calls to pay attention as familiarity leads them to become dull and uninteresting, we simply do not see them anymore.

Natural elements have slowly transformed Polaroid photographs of these building facades from dull and unsightly into abstracts of beauty and intrigue. The combination of technology and nature has created unique images that reveal colours and patterns that invite scrutiny which rewards the imagination and appreciation of the abstract.
